Do you re-fill inkjet cartridges?
A. No, we do not. We focus on laser cartridges
because that is what we do best. We can supply you with
name brand ink jet supplies with the same service and
warranty that our other products carry.

Do your remanufactured cartridges last as long as the
name brand cartridges?
A. Yes, they do. Because we build the cartridges
right here in our facility, we can ensure that each
cartridge contains at least its specified amount of
toner. In some cases, our cartridges last longer than
the name brand counterparts.

Do your remanufactured cartridges perform as well as
name brand cartridges?
A. Yes. At the same time, they are subject to the
same defects as the name brand cartridges. By being a
local remanufacturer, we can absolutely guarantee that
they will perform as promised, or we will fix or replace
the cartridge at no additional charge. When we say 100%
unconditional warranty, we mean exactly that; period.
Even the name brands can't offer that.

Do you service
laser printers?
A. Yes. We are trained to repair and maintain HP
laser printers. For other brands, we are happy to refer
you to area companies that we are confident will offer
the same high level of service you deserve and expect.
Since we do not sell printers, we do not offer warranty
service.

Do I need an empty cartridge to place an order with Fox
Lasertoner Company?
A. No. We have a full compliment of empty
cartridges in our inventory to draw from. However, we do
appreciate receiving your empties when they become
available as this helps us maintain lower prices for our
customers as well as keeps the empties out of the local
landfills.

How do I set up an account and begin using your service?
A. Simply let us know what you need and when you
need it and we will take care of it. We need to know
your billing address and delivery address along with
delivery instructions if necessary. If you prefer to pay
by credit card, we can accommodate that as well.
